I am an online educator who is driven by a need to find a way to teach kids outside of the traditional public school model. I work at a hybrid school which is mainly online but has a small f2f tutoring/mentoring component. The Next Step was created to talk about the intricacies of working at an online charter school and the resources I am using to help kids better learn. I am just an average person trying to make a difference, much like many of you.
